Hanni

Hanni is the owner and main bookkeeper, she has been providing bookkeeping and payroll services to business in Thunder Bay for over 25 years. Before staring her remote/virtual bookkeeping business, Bookkeeper-on-the-Go, she provided bookkeeping and payroll services for a large Engineering company, a large Crane company and a Not-for Profit company, all within Thunder Bay. She now handles all bookkeeping and payroll functions for many small to large businesses in Thunder Bay and surrounding area and has started to provide her services to all of Canada. She is quite capable of handling anything that comes her way.

Hanni performs all full cycle bookkeeping services, full payroll including government filing, all dealings with a client’s accountant and the operations of the business.

Hanni is very knowledgeable about bookkeeping, she is fully qualified to help you with all your bookkeeping needs. As well, she has received training in Accounting & Business Management and Payroll. Hanni is experienced in Simply Accounting (Sage), and other accounting software programs.

Hanni and her family are very involved in the community and support a local dirt track racer as the love for dirt track racing is in her blood. Hanni is a wife, mother of 2 grown children and she is a grandmother of two wonderful boys. She loves to spend time at any dirt track and camping with her family.

Melissa

Melissa started with the business in 2015 as an assistant after completing her diploma in International Business at Confederation College. Melissa handles many areas of the bookkeeping, from payables, receivables, data entry, banking to EHT filing, she covers it all. Melissa is very knowledgeable in Sage and Microsoft suite. Melissa enjoys spending time with her friends and family outdoors and taking great care of her furbabies.

Austin

Austin started with the business as a student while attending high school many years ago and has been with us since. He is a student at Lakehead University and works part time on all of our technical stuff. He makes sure our computers, equipment and programs are working as they should be, he preforms all the backing up of files and makes sure our electronic files are protected. In his spare time, Austin enjoys doing anything that has to do with computers and looking after his cat Airagone and dog Sheeba.

Dodd

Dodd works part time for us and he is our go-to person. For some of our clients, we need to pick up and drop off files, payroll, mail out payments and do deposits and he does it all for us when we can’t run out and do it. The business and staff always need supplies and Dodd is always there to run-out to staples and get us supplies. Having Dodd around on a part time basis means that the staff can work on the bookkeeping and services for our client (but we could use him full time). In his spare time, Dodd loves to go fishing, camping and quading with his wife, children and grandchildren.
